Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. This role works with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership.

The position evolves from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher responsibilities. Responsibilities include sales generation, guest service, recruiting, training, visual merchandising, and daily operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards of customer service
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment of staff and in training Teammates
• Maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement
