Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery, stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives including inventory, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain attractive, clean store fixtures and displays and protect assets.
• Assist with ordering, damaged merchandise, and loss prevention activities.
• Train and develop Store Associates and supervise store operations.
• Maintain safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
