Deckers Brands' UGG division in Dawsonville, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager on developing the team and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help communicate our brand values in every customer interaction and support daily operations.

You will assist with training, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and store administration, and may open/close the store, ensuring assets are secure and the store runs smoothly under demanding priorities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop team members and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Communicate the brand's values, vision and mission in every interaction.
• Aid in day-to-day operations including training, sales, visual merchandising, inventory and store administration.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, plan labor, and maintain store security.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and adapt to evolving business priorities.
