Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold the company’s values and mission. You will navigate a fast-paced retail environment to meet revenue goals while focusing on training, operations, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.

You will open/close the store, plan labor schedules, maintain security, and respond to guests and staff needs.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
