Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily store operations, and drive revenue while upholding brand standards. You’ll mentor team members, execute store strategies, and ensure a welcoming, engaging shopping environment.

Open to applicants with 2–4 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Two to four years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to align the business with company and local community goals.
• Develop and engage team members, achieving revenue targets while maintaining brand standards.
• Assist in selecting and coaching staff, ensuring high training standards.
• Open and close the store, manage labor scheduling, and maintain security.
• Oversee operations: training, sales, visual merchandising, inventory, and administration.
• Address customer needs and stay aware of industry trends affecting the business.
