As an Assistant Manager, it’s your job to partner closely with the Store Manager to develop team members, provide the best customer service possible, and communicate our company’s values, vision, and mission. As an Assistant Store Manager, you know how to effectively navigate a complex business to satisfy customers and develop team members while working under the pressure of competing business priorities. **Description**As an Assistant Store Manager, you work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that the business is aligned with the interests of the company, its employees, and the local community. In this role, you partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve budgeted revenue goals, while assisting in all aspects of the business. It’s your job to aid in the selecting of team members who pursue passions that relate to the brand and its products. You maintain high training standards and know how to motivate and inspire your team members to contribute to the productivity of the store, while being available to address and respond to the needs of your customers and team members. Further, you understand that the needs of the business extend beyond the store’s four walls, which requires that you continually cultivate awareness of industry trends.As an Assistant Store Manager, you aid in the day-to-day operations of the store including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
