GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and leadership. You will run the register, assist customers, and coach a team to upsell while ensuring top-notch service.

You may act as the manager in their absence and participate in inventory control and merchandising. The role requires open availability including weekends and holidays, plus leadership skills and a readiness to handle cash deposits and store finances.

Qualifications

• Must have 21+ years old.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.
• TopShelf Manager Training required in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
