Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive daily store operations and lead a fast-paced team. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service across weekends and holidays.

This role rewards reliability with weekly pay, opportunities for growth, and a signing bonus after six months. The position requires open availability for second or third shifts, strong communication, and a willingness to learn all aspects of store

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.
• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
