J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Mashpee, MA store to lead a sales team and uphold brand standards.

You'll partner with the Store Director to drive profitability, coach associates, manage operations and merchandising, and deliver best-in-class service. This role requires 1-2 years of retail leadership and schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director to drive profitability and uphold brand standards.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist Store Director with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment and exceed goals with strong customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to improve customer connections.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when required.
