Job summary

You'll support the Store Director, manage operations, recruit and develop staff, and ensure superior service while driving community engagement and sales performance. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact business results with brand connection and profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist Store Director and Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts, if needed.
• Partner to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and authentic customer connection.
• Innovate ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
