Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan and execute selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Support in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Guide employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service as outlined in company manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
