You will assist with restocking, product presentation, and store communications, while acting as a reliable supervisor in the Store Manager's absence and maintaining excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear and apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative to handle important tasks.
• Team player passionate about outstanding service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Assume store duties in Store Manager's absence and supervise accordingly.
• Assist in recruiting, training and evaluating store staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to improve profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department goals and uphold standards.
