Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear or athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in the Store Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and outcomes.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as interim store leader in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of store staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to maintain profitability.
