Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando to lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting all store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage staff, and ensure POP MART's premium brand standards are met on a daily basis.

You will coach and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads, oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and ensure compliance with policies. The role reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business metrics.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing store team.
• Lead brand engagement and customer-first culture on the sales floor.
• Drive sales goals, KPI tracking, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, and safety.
