Job summary

POP MART is hiring a Retail Store Manager for its Orlando Premium Mall location. You will lead all store operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and KPI targets.

You'll own inventory control, visual merchandising, and promotions, and travel up to 10% to support openings and meetings. This role reports to the District/Area Manager and requires a passion for collectibles and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing leaders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, customer-first culture reflecting POP MART values.
• Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and development conversations.
• Build succession plans and develop internal talent for future growth opportunities.
• Own the store's financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses and profitability.
• Drive KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead product launches, limited editions, and promotional campaigns.
• Create a engaging customer experience and ensure knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, shipments and stockroom.
• Maintain a clean, visually compelling store aligned with premium brand standards.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies and seasonal floor sets; partner on new initiatives.
• Support in-store events, pop-ups, and community engagement; travel up to 10%.
