Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead and develop the store team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.

You will partner with the Store Manager to meet KPIs and oversee daily operations, inventory, and merchandising. A strong emphasis on coaching, teamwork, and brand alignment will be essential to deliver POP MART’s premium experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store team to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, merchandising and performance metrics.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs (e.g., conversions, UPT, ATV).
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.
