Hibbett, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH to support the Store Manager in daily operations and customer service excellence. This hourly position covers merchandising, restocking, scheduling, and supervising in the manager's absence.

You will oversee staff, participate in hiring and training, and help drive profitability across departments while maintaining strong store standards and service levels.

Formación

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and meet goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with multi-tasking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in personnel recruitment, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department duties and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service per policies and manuals.
• Deliver extraordinary service and promote merchandise and services.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures; protect assets and information.
