Job summary

Hibbett I City Gear is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Huber Heights location. You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, merchandising, and customer service, and may assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help with hiring, training, and day-to-day supervision.
