• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to drive profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and tasks.
• Maintain inventory movement updates and customer trend reports.
• Ensure high-quality customer service per manuals.
• Deliver extraordinary service at entry and peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and financial information; report fraud risk.
