Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Cover store duties in the Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in personnel recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to customers and employees across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to help profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and service standards.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
