Rent-A-Center in Missoula, MT is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to provide customers access to high-quality goods and to make a meaningful difference in their lives, in-store and at customers' homes.

You will handle credit and collections, deliver top-tier customer service, oversee deliveries and pickups, and maintain an inviting, clean store. 1–3 years in retail/customer service or collections is preferred, with a HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life.
• Credit and Collections: communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
