Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; retail experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train Teammates and manage store operations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service while meeting sales targets.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; step in as Store Manager when needed.
• Maintain visual standards and manage merchandising zones.
• Oversee store operations, opening/closing checklists and safety.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, education focus and performance feedback.
• Lead by example to motivate the team and improve store performance.
