Job summary

Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach and drive store results. This role leads training, coaching, and daily operations to deliver guest-focused service and compliant execution of standards.

You will partner with the Head Coach to hire, onboard, and develop team members, while ensuring visual standards, cash handling, safety, and policy adherence. Availability includes daytime, evenings, and weekends to support major stadium events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Pair with Head Coach to attract, hire, and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training and development plans for team members.
• Coach performance, document feedback, and support corrective actions.
• Lead execution of special events and hot markets.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
