Job summary

Hermès Seattle Boutique is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with AP policies. You will train and supervise AP associates, conduct audits, and support investigations in collaboration with the Area Asset Protection Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial Experience preferred
• 8 hr. Pre Assignment and 16 hr. OTJ certificates / Security License (mandatory in NYC only)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and Decision-making skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle merchandise, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job

Responsibilities

• AP Associate training, coaching and supervision. Ensuring APA compliance and education (AP Awareness)
• Violation and Incident reporting
• Conducting of Audits / maintaining of proper records
• Investigation and follow up. Supports APM in all manner of investigations both external and internal
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to maintain physical security and protection of assets
• Ensure physical security by controlling access of associates and visitors
• Monthly touch base with APM and APA’s to review training and outstanding concerns
• Daily review of Cegid reports and review with APM (negatives, voids, returns, quota items)
• Partnership with floor management in the absence of APM
