Job summary

Hermès Miami Flagship is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to safeguard store assets and ensure safety for employees, customers, and partners. You will enforce policy, monitor stock security, and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of Asset Protection/retail experience, strong communication, and ability to stand and lift as part of daily duties. This is an on-site position with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Asset Protection/ Retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Post coverage – stock security.
• Associate compliance and education (AP Awareness).
• Violation and incident reporting.
• Conducting audits and maintaining records.
• Managing outsourced guards.
• Enforce company policy and AP guidelines.
• Conduct routine facility inspections for security.
