You will use surveillance, investigations, and strong partnerships with store teams and law enforcement to identify theft and respond appropriately.

Qualifications

• Observe, identify and respond to suspicious activity in a retail environment.
• Strong communication with customers, colleagues, leaders, and law enforcement.
• Use sound judgment, de-escalation tools, and procedures to maintain safety.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• New York license requirement if located there.
• Experience in retail security or investigations is a plus.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify theft and dishonest activity using surveillance tools; document findings.
• Partner with store teams, Asset Protection leaders and law enforcement for investigations.
• Prepare clear documentation and evidence for investigations, audits and legal proceedings.
• Support readiness by training colleagues on protocols to protect company assets.
• Testify in court for criminal and civil cases when needed.
