Job summary

Hermès seeks a Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager for the Central Region, headquartered at the Dallas Boutique. You will lead field Asset Protection Managers, Supervisors, and Specialists, overseeing shrink reduction, inventory accuracy, and safety across stores in your purview.

Collaborate with store management, AP team, Internal Control, and HR to address audits and investigations. Expect bi-quarterly store visits and a strong focus on protecting employees and merchandise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail Asset Protection or higher, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience leading AP teams and partnerships with store management and corporate partners.
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn other software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assess Asset Protection and operational performance to identify impact on shrink and inventory control.
• Deliver monthly AP metrics, reports, and cycle count findings to stakeholders.
• Identify and investigate policy violations using exception-based reporting and daily analytics.
• Manage asset protection timelines for new store projects and renovations, including budgets and vendors.
• Diagnose and report on offsite warehouses for openings.
• Build relationships with AP industry stakeholders and law enforcement.
• Prepare monthly posters on shrink causes, ORC activity, and theft trends to educate stores and teams.
• Oversee security elements for events (on-site and off-site) and liaise with corporate departments.
• Conduct fire safety training and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
