• Strong observation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Use surveillance to identify shoplifters and dishonest employees.
• De-escalate to maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Recover stolen merchandise and document incidents.
• Prepare investigative reports and support court cases.
• Train colleagues on protection protocols.
• Respond to alarms and support first aid when needed.
