Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment and enforce loss prevention.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.
• Train and coach front-end associates on POS procedures and customer service.
• Handle payroll and administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
