Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience.
• Customer service, training, and merchandising experience preferred.
• Proficient with Google apps and Qlik.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 35 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for issue resolution.
• Promote company initiatives, loyalty programs and promotions.
• Create effective work schedules for your area.
• Guide and support your team to complete tasks and stay motivated.
• Assist in training store associates for growth across levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and signage following company guidelines.
• Verify pricing accuracy on incoming shipments and report discrepancies.
• Handle packaways, returns, transfers, and recalls per policies.
• Uphold safety and maintenance standards; follow opening/closing procedures when designated.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
