Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 15–35 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights with ladder or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coach and develop teammates; assist with interviews and onboarding.
• Plan 30-day outlook and workforce alignment with store leadership.
• Ensure brand standards, merchandising, and floor sets are executed daily.
• Support safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
