Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or Retail industry experience.
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Machine learning, data science, AI/genAI capabilities preferred.
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time).

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and manage client relationships and commercial processes with Partners.
• Lead and manage complex programs of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time delivery.
