Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a customer-focused associate to support store management with daily administrative tasks and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will interact with customers, maintain store standards, and help onboard and train new Associates to strengthen the team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure, with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in the execution of store administrative functions
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store
• Assists in interviewing and onboarding new Associates and maintains associate files
• Performs daily cash office functions and supports scheduling and inventory processes
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and assists with shrink reduction goals
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards on the sales floor
