Job summary

Requirements include 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, plus strong communication and multitasking abilities. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process efficiently.
• Engage customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, security, and coding of merchandise.
