Responsibilities

• Supports store management in the execution of store related administrative functions.
• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Maintains Associate personnel files and cash office standards.
• Assists with scheduling, expense monitoring, and inventory control.
• Ensures proper coverage to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Promotes and participates in safety, loyalty, and credit programs.
