Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Johnstown, Colorado, is hiring a Retail Account Representative to grow product portfolio, build in-store displays, and maintain stock levels across assigned accounts.

You will work with store management to execute Joint Business Plans, manage backroom stock, and support merchandising efforts. The role requires weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent.
• Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad devices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interact with decision makers at customer locations and place product orders.
• Maintain inventory and ensure shelves, displays, and coolers are stocked and rotated.
• Supervise merchandisers and ensure displays align with standards and JBP.
• Sell-in additional displays and new products to increase sales volume.
• Adhere to Joint Business Plans and coordinate with Field Sales Manager.
• Attend meetings and cover merchandising duties when needed.
