Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking an Account Specialist to serve assigned convenience retail accounts with professional customer service and to execute promotions per Swire standards. You will inventory, order, merchandise, and build displays using the company’s technology tools.

The role requires maintaining displays, rotating stock for FIFO, and coordinating with store management. Proficiency in Excel/Outlook and a valid driver’s license are required, with weekend availability and ability to lift

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
Must be able to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad.
Must have a valid driver's license, and driving record must meet policy.
Reliable form of transportation.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed.

Responsibilities

Represent Swire Coca-Cola USA as a professional customer service specialist to assigned accounts.
Execute promotional activity and ensure merchandised displays meet Swire standards.
Inventory, order, merchandize and build displays for customers.
Utilize technology tools and programs to inventory and order product.
Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves with labels facing outward.
Build displays and promotional items as scheduled by supervisor and store mgmt.
Rotate products for FIFO stocking and organize back stock daily.
Set aside and store unfit product for credit to customer account.
Operate powered equipment (e.g., pallet jack) and manual equipment.
Attend meetings as assigned and perform other duties as needed.
