World Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Independence, MO to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, prepare tax returns, and assist customers with financial needs.

You will perform high-volume outbound calling, meet with customers in person, balance cash, and ensure compliant recordkeeping while delivering exceptional service and meeting sales and collections goals. Competitive hourly compensation and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document all activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and complete required training to meet performance expectations.
