World Acceptance Corporation seeks a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns. You will work directly with customers, explain terms, and close loans through daily outbound calling and in-person meetings.

This role requires handling high-volume calls, balancing collections with new business, and meeting performance goals across sales, tax services, and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payments.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax documentation in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and balance cash; complete required bank runs.
