Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• Minimum of three years’ admin support in professional services.
• Experience supporting a legal practice group is preferred.
• Experience with court e-filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level administrative and practice support to the Managing Shareholder and a team of attorneys.
• Coordinates client engagement, intake, and conflicts processes per firm procedures.
• Assists with court filings, including restructuring-related matters.
• Communicates with clients regarding billing, collections, and BD support.
• Serves as primary contact for the Restructuring Practice Group and coordinates daily operations.
• Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates email/phone communications.
• Arranges domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
