Job summary

Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity is seeking a hands-on ReStore Team Lead in Dallas, TX. You will oversee daily sales-floor, warehouse, and donation-processing activities while delivering excellent customer service and supporting volunteers.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package and operates across store shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail, warehouse, or customer service preferred.
• Lead/supervisory experience preferred.
• Cash handling and POS experience preferred.
• Ability to direct and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales-floor, warehouse, and donation-processing activities.
• Provide direction and support to employees and volunteers.
• Assist with opening/closing and staffing coordination.
• Ensure accurate transactions and safe merchandise handling.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns.
• Train and onboard new employees and volunteers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe environments.
• Perform Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate duties when needed.
