Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona is seeking a ReStore Lead Associate in Phoenix. The role oversees store operations when managers are absent, drives sales, and assists customers and donors with a positive experience.

Responsibilities include processing donations, stocking and pricing, cashiering, merchandising, and supervising volunteers while maintaining safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail experience.
• High School Diploma or HiSET/GED equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to operate and learn store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience in ReStore.
• Assist customers with purchases and price items.
• Process donations and aid in inventory transfers.
• Stock, merchandise, price and display products to maximize sales.
• Supervise volunteers and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Handle cash transactions and closings; manage receipts.
