Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to provide routine restorative nursing care per the resident care plan and supervision. The RNA will assist with mobility, daily activities, and proper hygiene, while documenting care provided and reporting changes to the nursing staff.

The role emphasizes maintaining a warm, respectful environment and supporting the Rehabilitation and Nursing Departments in monitoring prescribed programs.

Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Point Click Care data entry.
• One-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve or maintain mobility, strength, and independence.
• Encourage participation in activity and out-of-bed mobility.
• Assist with dining, transfers, ambulation, ROM activities as directed.
• Record resident weights and report significant changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure clean, well-fitting clothing and linens; maintain hygiene and skin care.
