Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises and daily activities.
• Support out-of-bed mobility and transfers.
• Record weights and report changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Maintain personal hygiene and comfort for residents.
• Prepare residents for tests and meals as needed.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation departments.
