Job summary

PACS is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to provide residents with routine restorative nursing care per the resident's care plan under supervision. You will assist with mobility, activities of daily living, documentation, and patient safety in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include restorative exercises, weight recording, and collaboration with nursing and rehabilitation staff to monitor programs and maintain a therapeutic setting.

Qualifications

• CNA/RNA certification required and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Point Click Care or similar EHR.
• One year long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as directed by nursing staff.
• Record resident weights and report significant changes promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper clothing/linens for residents.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
