Job summary

PACS is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant to provide routine restorative nursing care to residents in a Marysville, WA facility. You will assist with mobility, ROM activities, transfers, and ADLs, while documenting care and reporting changes to the nursing team.

The role requires CNA and RNA certifications, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with Point Click Care. Prior long-term care experience is preferred and CPR certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification and CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in computer skills and data entry (Point Click Care).
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• CPR certification if required by licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve mobility and independence.
• Encourage participation in activities and out-of-bed mobility.
• Assist with dining, transfers, ambulation, and ROM activities as directed.
• Record resident weights and report significant changes promptly.
• Maintain clean clothing and linens and assist with ADLs as needed.
• Reposition residents to prevent skin breakdown and promote comfort.
• Document care accurately and maintain a therapeutic environment.
