Job summary

Marysville Post-Acute is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to provide routine restorative nursing care per the resident care plan under supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities include assisting with restorative exercises, mobility, dining support, transfers, ROM, daily living activities, and accurate documentation; reporting changes promptly to nursing staff. Certification and strong computer skills required; prior long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and RNA training required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Point Click Care software.
• One year of long-term care facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to improve or maintain mobility.
• Encourage resident participation in activity and out-of-bed mobility.
• Provide dining, transfers, ambulation, and ROM assistance as directed.
• Record resident weights and report significant changes promptly.
• Maintain clean, well-fitting clothing and linens.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Maintain a warm, respectful work environment and monitor patient condition.
• Report significant changes to the nursing staff and supervisor.

Education

Restorative Nursing Assistant certification

High school diploma or equivalent

CPR certification (if required)
