Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Document resident progress and report changes promptly.
• Use mobility, positioning, and ROM techniques to support resident independence.
• Follow infection prevention policies and use PPE as required.
• Operate EMR to document care and resident information accurately.
