Good Samaritan is seeking a certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time day shift at our Canistota, SD facility. This role supports residents with daily living activities, mobility, and routine caregiving tasks under RN supervision.

Expect 32 hours weekly and adherence to care plans and safety protocols. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by state board.
• Completion of a CNA training program; 40 hours of restorative care training may be provided by organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities, mobility, positioning, and basic ROM.
• Document resident progress and report changes promptly.
• Follow infection prevention and standard precautions; use EMR for documentation.
