Good Samaritan in Canistota, SD is hiring a Full-time Restorative Nursing Aide to provide resident-centered care on day shifts in a long-term care setting. The role requires CNA certification, a minimum age of 16, and familiarity with EMR documentation, mobility exercises, and infection control policies.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered and a $2.50/hr location premium applies. The restorative nursing aide will support residents with activities of daily living, perform prescribed therapies,

Qualifications

• Must possess CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum age 16; prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Completion of a CNA training program and 40 hours of restorative care training.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Use mobility, balance and ROM exercises and adaptive equipment.
• Document progress in EMR and report changes promptly.
• Follow infection control policies and PPE usage.
